Changing your path and creating your future

Transitions can sometimes be hard to navigate.  Recently, I have made a change in my life that I think will be better for my family in the long run but is a little risky at the present time.  I will be taking a new position at work that will be offering more flexibility in scheduling but, less guaranteed income.  I stand firmly by the saying that without risk there is no reward, and think in the future the change will have paid off.  The flexibility in the schedule will allow our family to get home earlier in the evening and end the dinner, homework, bathing process at least an hour earlier in the evening, and allow for more family fun time and a reasonable bedtime.  Every parent knows the value of a reasonable bedtime ;)   The changes will also afford more time during the week to maintain the household more efficiently, and, maybe some time to create something new for myself too.
